Work at CCHO is exciting, challenging and rewarding. It is an opportunity for faith in action. CCHO employees must share a common vision and adhere to a common code of Christian conduct (included in the Employee Handbook) for our mission of "bringing healing to hurting children in His name" to succeed.
To assure the safety of all children in our care, extensive background reference and fingerprint/criminal record checks are made, and careful interviews with several staff members are essential. If a job offer is made, intensive training is required of all employees with direct contact with children.
