To assure the safety of all children in our care, we require extensive background reference checks and fingerprinting/criminal record checks on all employees. The candidating process includes careful interviews with several staff members. If a job offer is made, intensive training is required of all employees who will have direct contact with children.

New Beginnings Christian Counseling Therapists (Wooster, Ashland): Christian Children's Home of Ohio is looking for Christian Therapists for New Beginnings Christian Counseling Center. Part-time positions available. Applicants must have a Master's Degree and independent licensure. EEO. Therapist (Wooster): Christian Children’s Home of Ohio is seeking a licensed Christian therapist to provide assessment and therapy for children and families for our residential center in Wooster, Ohio. Applicants must have licensure as a social worker or counselor. Training and supervision for certification as a trauma specialist offered. Christian Children's Home is seekng a Youth Care Specialist, Level 1, to work with youth on our residential campus in Wooster and assist in caring for a group of at-risk, special needs children, ages 6-18, under assigned supervision.
