Treatment Specialist (Wooster):  Christian Children's Home of Ohio is seeking a Youth Care Specialist, Level 1, to work with youth on our residential campus in Wooster and assist in caring for a group of at-risk, special needs children, ages 6-18, under assigned supervision.  Applicants must be 21 and have high school diploma/GED.  Reference and background checks and drug screenings will be completed on all potential candidates.  Download application and submit to employment@ccho.org.

Director of Continuous Quality Improvement (Wooster): Christian Children’s Home of Ohio is seeking a Director of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), who will be responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the CQI program and managing to outcomes.  CQI Director will ensure the implementation of the established standards placed on this agency by governing bodies which may include organizations such as ODMH, ODJFS, COA, and laws such as HIPAA.  Also assures that agency-wide CQI initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.  Directly supervises the CQI Assistant.  Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or Business Administration and/or comparable experience required.  Licensed in Counseling or Social Work, Independent Licensing preferred (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, PCC, IMFT).  2-5 years experience managing outcomes with an understanding of a managed care environment preferred.  Six Sigma, or equivalent, preferred.  Must have valid Ohio Driver’s License and maintain a driving record that allows that individual to be insurable.  References, background checks and drug screenings will be completed on all potential candidates.  EOE.  Download application and submit with resume to employment@ccho.org.

LISW Therapist  (Ashland):  New Beginnings Christian Counseling Center, a division of CCHO, is seeking an LISW Therapist to counsel individuals, couples & families, and facilitate groups, providing them with services to meet their needs.  This position requires clinical supervision for foster care/CPST case management staff.  Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and an LISW, with preferred Clinical Supervision designation.  Experience counseling youth and families with at least three to five years’ experience in diagnosing and treatment of mental health disorders and working with youth and their families.  Valid Ohio counselor or social worker license required; independent licensure preferred.  References, background checks and drug screenings will be completed on all potential candidates.  EOE.  Please download application and submit with resume to employment@ccho.org.

Clinical Supervisor, Children's Residential Center (Wooster):  Christian Children’s Home of Ohio is seeking a full time Clinical Supervisor for its Wooster, OH campus.  S/he must be independently licensed and hold a supervisory designation.  S/he supervises all Clinical Staff in the cottage to include CPST 1, CPST 2, Therapist 1 and Therapist 2 positions.  The Clinical Team is the lead of the treatment component of each resident's stay.  Treatment programming is to occur within a trauma sensitive and informed culture.  The Clinical Supervisor will act as a liaison with the CRC Director, School Program Coordinator, Operational Supervisor and other cottages to ensure fluid communication is occurring regarding CRC programming and treatment, education, spirituality, safety, and structure throughout the CRC campus.  Candidates must be 21 or older to apply and must have at minimum a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field; one to three years related experience, including supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must be independently licensed as a social worker or counselor and hold a supervisory designation. Children's Residential Center Nurse (Wooster): Christian Children's Home of Ohio is seeking a Pharmacological Management Nurse for the Children’s Residential Center at our Wooster, Ohio campus.  The PM Nurse will be responsible to oversee CRC pharmacological management clients with their assigned physician as well as oversee the medical appointments and medical care of the clients in residential care.  This may be through direct care, CPST activities, group or individually.  Nurse will also be responsible to train direct-care staff on medication management according to CCHO policy and procedure.  License to practice nursing in the state of Ohio (LPN and/or RN, RN preferred). Outpatient Therapist (PT, hourly; Lake County): New Beginnings Christian Counseling is seeking an Outpatient Therapist (Lake County, OH region) to counsel individuals, couples and families, and facilitate groups, providing them with services to meet their needs.
Master's degree (M. Adoption Coordinator:  CCHO is seeking an Adoption Coordinator to manage all aspects of the adoption process for the agency.  Provide structure and support for adoptive families. Responsible for identifying birth mothers, embryo adoption, and matching of children and adoptive families through foster care system. Assists in the certification of CCHO as a custodial agency. Provides case management and CPST services for youth in placement in family foster care/adoption homes. Responsible for the management and coordination of all family foster care/adoption homes. Participate in adoption specific recruitment and retention of homes. Responsible for counseling of adoption families and referring of birth mother for counseling.  Bachelor’s Level licensed clinician (LSW or license eligible).  Home Study Assessor license (or eligible) required.  Preferable two or more years experience counseling youth and working with families or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must maintain valid CPR and First Aid certifications. Training Coordinator (Wooster):  CCHO is seeking a Training Coordinator, located at the main campus in Wooster, Ohio, to track, manage and report all training data, schedule, organize and coordinate all logistics for agency training and staff development, facilitate training, when necessary.  Successful candidate isexpected to ensure that all ODJFS regulations are followed and communicate training deadlines with employees and/or employee supervisors, and provide all information necessary for training files to remain current.  In addition, Training Coordinator will manage all logistics of training, including, but not limited to: scheduling, location, advertising (internal and external, as appropriate), set-up, food, paperwork and other training materials (including sign-in sheets, evaluations, etc.), payment (when necessary) and travel.  Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.  High school diploma/GED required.  One to three years of training experience preferred.  Facilitation and instructional design experience strongly preferred.  Must have valid Ohio Driver’s License and maintain a driving record that allows that individual to be insurable.  References, background checks and drug screenings will be completed on all potential candidates.  EOE.  Download application and submit with resume to employment@ccho.org.

Director of Finance (Wooster):  CCHO is seeking Director of Finance to be responsible for directing and maintaining all accounting, budgeting, and accurate financial functions of the agency, as well as its relationship with lending institutions and stakeholders in a way that promotes integrity, accountability, effectiveness and efficiency.  Oversee responsible management of the accounting/financial department personally or through subordinate manager.  Bachelor’s degree, accounting or finance preferred.  CPA preferred and 5 years of related experience.  Experience in nonprofit accounting and with QuickBooks and other accounting software strongly preferred.  Ability to research accounting issues and apply pronouncements of Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB), Accounting Principles Board (APB), Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), Government Accountability Office (GAO), Office of Management & Budget (OMB), American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and other applicable standard setting bodies to accounting transactions.  Applicants must be 21 and have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Therapist (Wooster):  CCHO is seeking a Therapist for our Children’s Residential Center on our Wooster, Ohio campus.  This full time salaried position includes counseling individuals, couples and families, facilitating groups, and providing clients with services to meet their needs. The Clinical Team is the lead of the treatment component of each resident's stay. Poplar Ridge Adventures Manager (Wooster):  This full time, salaried position manages all aspects of Poplar Ridge Adventures (PRA) programming, coordinates and supervises volunteer work groups, maintains CCHO's Worship and Retreat Center, and assists the Advancement Department with various fundraising initiatives.  PRA is a ministry of CCHO and is open to use by the general public through reservations.  The program is nationally-certified with state-of-the-art facilities (challenge course, ropes course, team building, leadership development).  Supervises part-time, contractual and volunteer staff.  Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  EOE.  Download application and submit with resume to employment@ccho.org.
