Payment Options:

New Beginnings is a qualified Medicaid provider for counseling and group counseling services. We also accept insurance and are eligible for many insurance programs. New Beginnings also has a sliding scale for those who have no insurance and are not eligible for Medicaid.

New Beginnings is also willing to work out specific payment plans to be as client friendly as possible. A meeting with a counselor and a member of our accounting department can result in an acceptable payment plan for anyone.

New Beginnings at CityHill (Ashland): A Home-based Option

The New Beginnings office in Ashland, New Beginnings at CityHill moved to a different facility last month.  It is an intensive home-based therapy the goal of which is to interact with the young person, the whole family unit and environmental factors, in order to bring about truly life-changing, long-term results.  

In addition the counseling staff, Child Psychiatrist Dr. Lori Solaro began with CityHill May 1st.  She is now working with our team of therapists and case managers under the license of the Christian Children's Home of Ohio (CCHO).

New Patients for either medical care, psychiatric care or counseling should call the office (419-289-0979) to schedule a first appointment. To save time, please do the following four steps before you arrive:
