By creating a community of trust where risk-taking is rewarded, individual challenges become group challenges in a nurturing and supportive environment. Participants are given a safe place in which to experience the ways they work together and learn from each other. This empowers them to create new approaches for problem solving, communication, and teamwork. The sense of personal accomplishment is enriched with the acknowledgment and growing support of the team.
We have over 100 activities that are carefully sequenced with increasing levels of personal challenge and perceived risk. Included, are dozens of different outdoor games and initiatives that we can use our low ropes course during the segment of our program. By participating in a series of initiatives and problem-solving activities, team members break through their own self-limiting boundaries, strangers become friends, and groups become teams.
