Last week of school

by | May 25, 2021 | CCHO Stories, Children's Residential Center

It’s the last week of school for the kids on our residential campus. This is our second year in partnership with Norwayne Local Schools. Join us in celebrating the hard work of our students and staff. We are so proud of their accomplishments!

School hasn’t always felt safe and supportive for our kids. Our residential staff and educational team work together to create spaces for our kids to feel safe, overcome negative beliefs about their abilities, and become more excited about learning.

Two students were recognized as Star Students of the Year by their respective teachers. Stanley in our elementary class grew academically and became a champion of himself and his peers to do their best. Eden in our secondary class was recognized for her hard work ethic, improved grades and curiosity for learning. Congratulations to every student for making it a wonderful year!
