Our Children’s Residential Center provides a safe structured environment to meet the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs of abused, abandoned and neglected children from all across Ohio. Children ages 6-18 live in spacious cottages and are provided with therapeutic, social, spiritual and educational opportunities designed to aid the child with the healing process, model for them how a healthy family functions, develop coping and life skills, and introduce them to Jesus Christ.

We are accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Children and Families, licensed by Ohio Dept. of Job and Family Services, certified by Ohio Dept. of Mental Health, and a member of the Ohio Association of Child Caring Agencies.

Most placements for the Children’s Residential Center are made by referring counties. However, we are willing to consider applications from private placements. Wellness Policy

Our Wellness Policy states goals set for CRC nutrition education, physical activity and school-based activities that promote physical well-being. The policy, which meets requirements set by the Ohio Department of Education, was developed as a result of meetings held with the Summit Academy School Principal, the CCHO Certified Ropes Course Instructor, the CCHO Campus Nurse, several CCHO CRC staff, local parents and residents in the CRC program.
