After her dad died unexpectedly when she was three, Maddie suffered physical, emotional and sexual abuse. She struggled in school and lived in constant fear.
For the first time in her life, Maddie found the safety and care she needed and deserved. At CCHO, Maddie learned she was worthy of love. Unfortunately, so many other kids in Ohio have a story like Maddie’s. So many children suffering from abuse and neglect, in desperate need of safety and love. With no safe place to call home, many of those kids find hope on the Christian Children's Home of Ohio campus.

Your commitment of $20 every month will make you a Campus Champion. You'll feel great knowing that your faithful support is helping to provide a safe place to stay and access to critical care for a child just like Maddie!
To sign up, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and be sure to select the cottage you'd like to support with your monthly gift. By completing this form, you will be making your first monthly gift of at least $20 (you are permitted to pledge more each month) and your recurring gift will be automatically withdrawn from the card/account you submit each month moving forward.

"When our son was in elementary school, we took the step to be Campus Champions. What a great (and, quite frankly, easy) way to partner with CCHO and help the kids experience their worth in Christ! We realized that we had the option to select the cottage to sponsor, and we selected the young boys cottage – boys that were about the same age as our son. When we received our monthly cottage updates, we shared the information together as a family so that we could be praying for the boys together. Those monthly updates also provided the perspective for our son that there were kids out there that had experienced challenges and hardships that were far from his personal experience. Our son grew in compassion for others and generosity to help and contentment in his own life."

Campus Champions
As a Campus Champion, you will make a difference in a child's life every month.
As a Campus Champion, you will be directly impacting the lives of children at CCHO. Your support will help give children the safety and love they need. First, you will choose which of CCHO’s four cottages to support: Young Girls (6-12), Young Boys (6-12), Teen Boys (13-17), or Teen Girls (13-17). As a Campus Champion, you will learn a bit about each of the children in your cottage as you receive monthly email updates on activities, successes and prayer requests. Your donation of at least $20 helps to provide essentials like food, medical supplies, building maintenance and many other ongoing needs. You also get to support your cottage through prayer and other forms of encouragement. Click the cottage below to see a sample Campus Champion update.
