Treatment Specialists work directly with children and youth from hard places. As a Treatment Specialist, YOU will develop and model healthy connections.

Direct Care Specialists become trusted adults who provide structure, compassion, and support. They help create a safe environment where young people can heal, grow, and begin to see a brighter future. You are the person who listens when a child needs someone to talk to, celebrates a small victory, or helps a young person work through a difficult moment. You may be one of the first adults in their life they can trust.
