Worship and celebration

Heart for the Home 2020 is coming next month! Worship is a special part of our annual celebration and benefit. We look forward to gathering together on Saturday, March 14 to acknowledge the greatness and goodness of our God. He loves us fiercely and guides our ministry. He is worthy of all our praise.

The photo gallery below highlights our time of worship led by CCHO staff at our 50th anniversary dinner.

This year, we welcome Mark Wilkinson as our evening worship leader. Mark has been married to Veronica for 22 years. He is father of three and grandfather of three with a little one on the way. He has worked in sales for Troyer Cheese/Lipari Foods for the past 16 years. He has had the privilege of leading God’s people into His presence through praise and worship for more than 20 years. Mark currently serve on the worship team at Parkview Christian Church in Wooster.

We are also pleased to have John Mulpas, Lead Pastor of Orrville Christian Church (OCC), as our guest speaker at Heart for the Home 2020. John grew up in Holmes County and is a graduate of West Holmes High School. In 1996, he received a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies at Cincinnati Christian University (CCU). During his time at CCU, John decided to pursue full-time Christian ministry. His passion is to “preach the Word…with great patience and careful instruction.” (2 Timothy 4:2). John and his wife Beth have a son, Noah and two daughters, Jacy and Abby.

The evening focuses on God’s heart to see more people experience their worth in Christ. We hope you will join us! Tickets on sale now at $40 each or purchase a table of eight for $280. For additional event information, please contact Dan Franks, director of development, at franksd@ccho.org.
